When someone you love passes, you don't have to do it alone.
Faithful, ethical estate help for Northern California families. Close to a decade of Public Guardian and Public Administrator experience, now serving you privately.
My Mission
After losing loved ones time and time again, and eight years serving the County of Placer on the Public Guardian and Public Administrator team, I know the last thing on a grieving family's mind is the first thing on everyone else's: money and property. My mission is to carry that weight for you, before or after a loss, so your family can focus on healing and laying your loved one to rest. I follow the law, hold myself to the highest ethical standard, and make sure you understand every step.
By the book: Every step follows California law and the court's rules. Every dollar is documented and accounted for.
No conflicts: I never buy property from an estate or trust I'm handling, and I disclose any business relationship up front.
Clear answers: Families know what's happening, what comes next, and what it costs. No surprises.
"Fiduciary" comes from the Latin fides, "faith." At its root, a fiduciary is someone people put their faith in.
