My Mission

After losing loved ones time and time again, and close to a decade serving the County of Placer on the Public Guardian and Public Administrator team, I know the last thing on a grieving family's mind is the first thing on everyone else's: money and property.

My mission is to carry that weight for you, before or after a loss, so your family can focus on healing and laying your loved one to rest. I follow the law, hold myself to the highest ethical standard, and make sure you understand every step.

My three promises to every family

By the book. Every step follows California law and the court's rules. Every dollar is documented and accounted for.

No conflicts. I never buy property from an estate or trust I'm handling, and I disclose any business relationship up front.

Clear answers. Families know what's happening, what comes next, and what it costs. No surprises.

What "fiduciary" means to me

"Fiduciary" comes from the Latin fides, meaning "faith." At its root, a fiduciary is someone people put their faith in. I take that trust seriously, and I work to earn it with every family I serve.

My values

  • Compassion: grief is hard. I treat every family with patience and kindness.

  • Honesty: I tell you the truth, even when it is not what you hoped to hear.

  • Integrity: I do the right thing when no one is watching.

  • Privacy: your family's information stays confidential.

Faithfully and ethically serving our community in times of need.
